Overview

The traceability system for Groundnut products is being implemented across major states of India at present. Procedures have been laid down to ensure control of aflatoxins residues in peanuts and peanut products meant for exports to the EU.
Stakeholders involved

• Farmer / Mandi
• Processing Units (involved in Shelling, grading, value added products manufacturing, etc.,)
• Exporter
• Accredited Laboratories
• National Referral Laboratory
• APEDA

The stuffing/loading of the containers can be carried out after issue of the Certificate of Export by APEDA
